Plan Highlights
Once you become eligible for the plan, you will be auto-enrolled with a 3% salary deferral. This can be changed at any time. GumGum will make a 3.5% employer match equal to 100% of your salary deferrals that do not exceed 1% of your compensation plus 50% of your salary deferrals between 1% and 6% of your compensation. This contribution is 100% vested immediately.
